蓄熱式熱力焚燒爐(RTO) 的關(guān)鍵部件一蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體， 具有單位體積煥熱面積大、傳熱快、氣流阻力小，透熱深度淺、熱效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

目前，蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體的孔型以方孔為主，在實(shí)際使用中，方孔蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體存有在以下兩個(gè)問(wèn)題:A.蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體的十字筋容易堵塞上下兩層蜂窩陶瓷，從而加大蜂窩陶瓷的壓降; B.由于氣流通過(guò)蜂窩陶瓷直孔時(shí)，沒有水平方向的流動(dòng)，無(wú)法保證橫截面上氣流的均勻性;所以造成實(shí)際的熱回收率要小于理論熱回收率。

為了解決以上方孔蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體普遍存在的問(wèn)題，通過(guò)對(duì)蜂窩陶瓷產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)工藝的創(chuàng)新，我公司開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的蓄熱式熱力焚燒爐專用蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體一片狀組合式蜂窩陶瓷蓄熱體， 內(nèi)部蜂窩結(jié)構(gòu)采用"T"形排列設(shè)計(jì)，代替了原有普通蜂窩陶瓷的“+”形方孔結(jié)構(gòu)排列，解決了產(chǎn)品在使用過(guò)程中的堵孔情況;同時(shí)，內(nèi)部蜂窩孔具有連通式結(jié)構(gòu)，增加空隙率，減少氣流壓降，改善整個(gè)截面上氣體分布，使氣體分布更均勻，提高了設(shè)備熱回收效率。

The cross bars of honeycomb ceramic regenerator are easy to block the upper and lower layers of honeycomb ceramics, thus increasing the pressure drop of honeycomb ceramics; B. Because the air flow through the straight holes of honeycomb ceramics Directional flow can not guarantee the uniformity of air flow on the cross section, so the actual heat recovery rate is less than the theoretical heat recovery rate.

In order to solve the common problems of honeycomb ceramic regenerator with square holes, through the innovation of the structure and production technology of honeycomb ceramic products, the honeycomb ceramic regenerator for regenerative thermal incinerator specially developed by our company is a piece-like composite honeycomb ceramic regenerator. The internal honeycomb structure is designed with "T" arrangement. In addition, the inner honeycomb hole has a connected structure, which can increase the void ratio, reduce the air pressure drop, improve the gas distribution on the whole section, make the gas distribution more uniform, and improve the heat recovery efficiency of the equipment.
